NOTSTARVE HEALTH & HEALTH POLICY

 
  1. This policy is prepared for NotStarve active members and everyone should follow this policy.

  2. Table Cleaning.

    1. When you finish using the table, make sure to clean up all remaining items on the table.

    2. Please using three-step to clean the table surface: 

      1. Soap. Mixing soap and water in a small bucket, wrap the table surface. Make sure there is no dirty textile on the table.

      2. Water. Filling another bucket of clean water, wrap out the soap water on the table surface. Make sure there is no soap water remaining on the table.

      3. Sanitizer. Mixing sanitizer and water in a small bucket, wrap the whole table, and let it dry.

  3. Flooring Cleaning.

    1. NotStarve will maintain the general cleanliness of the ground floor. However, NotStarve members have responsibility for their own trash on the floor.

    2. Please collect all your trash, oil stains, sauce stains immediately from the floor surface. 

    3. If you have any questions about how to clean your stains please contact the NotStarve team.

  4. Stove Cleaning.

    1. Please use three-step to clean the stovetop after you finish using it.

      1. Soap. Mixing soap and water in a small bucket, wrap the stove edge surface. Make sure there is no dirty textile on the table.

      2. Water. Filling another bucket of clean water, wrap out the soap water on the stove edge surface. Make sure there is no soap water remaining on the stove.

      3. Sanitizer. Mixing sanitizer and water in a small bucket, wrap the whole stove, and let it dry.

  5. Deep Fryer Cleaning.

    1. NotStarve does not recommend the members leave the oil in the fryer after you finish using it. If you choose to leave your oil in the fryer, it means you are allowing all other members of the kitchen to use your oil. 

    2. If NotStarve members have concerns about food allergies for deep fryers, please contact the NotStarve team 12 hours before using.

  6. Sink Cleaning.

    1. Please take all trash out of the sink after it is finished using. 

    2. If you have some objects that need cleaning but not immediately, please do not leave in the sink. 

    3. Please contact NotStarve Team if you saw the sink is not working well.

  7. Oven Cleaning.

    1. Please make sure to close the oven door after you finish using it.

    2. Please make sure to clean up the oven bottom surface after you finish using it.

  8. Mixer Cleaning.

    1. Please use three-step to clean the bowl and handler after you finish using it.

      1. Soap. Mixing soap and water in a small bucket, wrap the bowl and handler surface. Make sure there is no dirty textile on it.

      2. Water. Filling another bucket of clean water, wrap out the soap water on the bowl and handler surface. Make sure there is no soap water remaining on the bowl and handler.

      3. Sanitizer. Mixing sanitizer and water in a small bucket, wrap the whole bowl and handler, and let it dry.

  9. Small Tablewares Cleaning.

    1. Please clean up and put all used small tableware once you finish using it.

  10. NotStarve provides trash bags, soap, sanitizer, hand cleaner, paper towels for members. Please contact the NotStarve team to request if you need it.

  11. Please make sure you pack all your goods after you finish using the kitchen, put them into your storage shelf. The NotStarve team will clean up every night and throughout all unknown objects for health purposes. Please do not put your objects without attention. NotStarve is not responsible for your loss caused by this section. 

  12. All people in the kitchen must wear face cover all the time. NotStarve will ask all the people to leave out the kitchen until they have face cover on the face again. NotStarve will also ask for violence charges for a second time observing $50 per additional time.

  13. Please keep all food material inside your food container, or the NotStarve team will through all uncovered food every night at 8 pm.

  14. NotStarve Kitchen is a shared kitchen and we need every member to help us together to create a healthy and safe working environment. Please click HERE to report anyone who breaks the policy with photo or video as proof and we appreciate your contribution.
